Coaching is a collaborative process that helps you achieve your goals faster and easier than if you tried to accomplish the same work on your own. We meet on the phone for 50 minutes, usually once per week. During your coaching session, my focus is on serving you while providing a safe and non-judgmental space for your self-exploration and growth. Using a unique combination of professional coaching tools and intuitively applied wisdom, I tailor each session to your specific needs, helping you gain greater awareness of yourself and your desired outcomes. Whether you're seeking greater success in your career, improved relationships, increased confidence, or simply more joy in your day-to-day life, coaching will help you get these results.

I bring compassionate and intuitive listening to every session. I take my job very seriously and prepare in advance for each meeting, centering myself so that I will show up for you fully present and totally authentic. I’ve been told I demonstrate the perfect combination of nurturing care coupled with tough love, not afraid to challenge you with the intention of helping you get closer to your goals. I shed clarity on situations, helping you to get to know yourself better, formulate your visions for your life, set goals, and introduce new habits and practices that will help you sustain real change. I hold you accountable to commitments you make and cheer you on as you experience the shifts you seek. You are always at the center of the coaching session, with my only goal being to help you achieve your goals.

Why can’t I just talk to my best friend?

What's the difference between a life coach and a therapist?

While talking to your best friend can be helpful for venting and tossing ideas around, by having me as your coach I will work with you to set clear goals while holding you accountable to follow-through.

 

As your coach, I am an objective professional who is trained to help you move towards your goals. Unlike a best friend, I remain impartial and non-judgmental, which means I will provide you with honest feedback and challenge you when necessary. This will help you gain greater clarity and perspective, identify limiting beliefs, and develop strategies for overcoming obstacles.

 

Coaching is a confidential relationship, which means that you can share your thoughts and feelings with me without fear of judgment or consequences. This creates a safe space for exploring your innermost desires, fears, and aspirations, and helps you develop greater self-awareness and self-acceptance. All this ultimately leads to happiness and living a life you love!

Life coaches and therapists offer two distinct forms of support, each with its unique approach. A life coach serves as a guiding partner who meets you where you are on your life's journey, helping you to uncover the answers that will best guide you on your path towards attaining a life you absolutely love and deserve. Their primary focus is on helping you to unlock and reach your full potential in order to find the ultimate in happiness and fulfillment in both your present and future life. In contrast, a therapist's emphasis is on delving into your past. Their goal is to get an understanding and resolution of any psychological or mental health issues that are causing you distress.
